Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because we sell rare and vintage media, all items are sold as-is based on the condition described in the listing. We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g., “changed my mind,” found it elsewhere, no longer wanted). We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement (if available) or a refund. We do not require you to ship the item back for this — photo evidence is sufficient.

Condition Disputes

All items are inspected and graded before listing. If you believe an item’s condition was significantly misrepresented, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll review in good faith and, if approved, issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or card account again.

Contact your credit card company — refunds can take extra time to post officially.

Contact your bank — there’s often additional processing time on their end.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.
